PURPOSE: A compression dewatering device for a food waste gathering device is provided to enhance a convenience on use and speediness of work by a simple configuration, and to minimize the volume of food waste or sludge by improving the dewatering efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A compression dewatering device for a food waste gathering device comprises: a main body, a compression unit, and a discharge unit. The compression unit comprises: a pressurizing cylinder (31), a compression board (33), and a filter cloth (36). The pressuring cylinder is equipped in the lower part of a finishing board with a pressuring rod (32) elevating inside of a casing by penetrating the middle of the finishing board. The compression board is combined with a head packing (34) adhered on the inner surface of the casing, and has multiple drain holes (35). The filter cloth filters in a way only water is discharged.
