FAULT DIAGNOSIS APPARATUS AND METHOD BY USING USER COMMAND HISTORY

PURPOSE: Fault diagnosis device and method thereof using a user command history are provided to effectively diagnose a cause of fault by understanding what action is performed in which resource object and confirming normality of function of a corresponding resource. CONSTITUTION: A fault diagnosis module(400) receives a user command performed by a user through a user application service. The fault diagnosis module stores the received user command in a user command history. The fault diagnosis module generates a resource list and a specific function list using the user command history. The fault diagnosis module diagnose a cause of fault by testing operation of a normal function according to the generated resource list and specific list using a resource integrated management module.
