<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a lens unit having one or more lens parts and a resin spacer, in which the shape of the resin spacer can be selected freely and the manufacturing cost is low. <P>SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a lens unit includes the steps of preparing a first wafer lens including a first substrate and plural lens parts formed on the first substrate, forming plural through-holes in a resin sheet to prepare a spacer, arranging the spacer on at least one face of the first wafer lens to obtain a laminate, and dividing the laminate for each lens unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
