<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a travel steering device for a vehicle, in which the part installation space is secured in between the body and the chassis, and the floor of the vehicle body is designed to be low, and the abnormal vibration is reduced. <P>SOLUTION: Each suspension 7 supporting wheels is provided rotatably in both right and left directions around the axis of the vertical direction, and a travel steering part 1 includes a first housing 50 which is provided under a chassis S and near each wheel, a steering drive mechanism which is housed in the first housing 50 and has a first gear 11 of the rotary drive, a second gear 12 which is rotary driven by the drive force of the first gear 11, a third gear 3 which is involved integrally in the suspension 7 and transmits the drive force of the second gear 12 and makes the direction of the wheel turn to a predetermined direction by turning the suspension 7 in both right and left directions around the axis of the vertical direction at a predetermined angle, and a driving mechanism 5 for transmitting the drive force which is involved in each wheel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
