The invention relates to motor vehicle including a front hood (1) comprising an inner wall (2) and an outer wall (33) connected together, a means (4) for linking to the bodywork of the vehicle, and a reinforcement means (5) arranged between the inner and outer walls (2, 3), which is capable of deforming in the event of an impact with an element outside the vehicle, and which includes a first attachment portion (6) to be attached to the inner wall (2) of the front hood (1), as well as second and third attachment portions to be attached to the outer wall (3) of the front hood (1), wherein the first attachment portion (6) is connected to the second and third attachment portions via first and second linking portions that are substantially inclined relative to the attachment portions. The linking means (4) is attached to the deformable reinforcement means (5). One of the linking portions comprises two cutouts defining two side tabs and a central tab. The inner wall (2) of the front hood (1) comprises two openings (2a, 2b), each of which is capable of engaging with a side tab of the reinforcement means (5) in the event of an impact with the external element.
