<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise machine in which the lower legs are supported by a leg support that utilizes a rolling, gliding, or sliding mechanism relating to an exercise device for an abdominal muscle. <P>SOLUTION: An abdominal exercise device 102 for working the abdominal and oblique muscle groups includes a leg support 124 that can slide or roll along a track 108 and an upper body support 112.
