摘要 PURPOSE: The synthesis of carbon nitride in the form of a three-dimensional cubical shaped nano-structure and a method for selectively detecting copper ions using the same are provided to easily detect copper ions in an aqueous solution and under physiological conditions by implementing selective optical detection with respect to the copper ions based on fluorescent measurement. CONSTITUTION: Carbon nitride is synthesized by using three-dimensional cubical shaped mesoporous silica. The carbon nitride is obtained by the following: a cyanamide aqueous solution is introduced into a three dimensional cubical shaped mesoporous silica template; a centrifugal separation process and a drying process are implemented; the dried material is plasticized; the plasticized material is treated with ammonium hydrogen fluoride and is dried; and the silica template is eliminated.
