PURPOSE: A mortar composition for dry floor final work of building capable of being applied dry grinding and a dry floor final work method of the building using the same are provided to obtain splendid floor and to enhance durability and economical efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A mortar composition for dry floor final work of building includes adhesive mixture and cement mixture at the weight ratio of 1:3-3:1. The adhesive mixture comprises 70-85 wt% of silicate, 5-20 wt% of glycerin, 5-20 wt% of zeolite, 2-17 wt% of stabilizer, 1-16 wt% of dispersing agent and 2-17 wt% of viscosity controlling agent. The silicate is one or more selected from sodium silicate, potassium silicate and lithium silicate. The cement mixture includes colored natural crushed stone having the size of 5-10 mm and white cement. A dry floor final work of building comprises the following steps: constructing and curing the mortar composition for dry floor final work of building; and absorbing dust by using a dust collector and performing dry grinding. |
