PURPOSE: A digital device handover device and a method thereof are provided to process data generated in a communication device connected to a digital device by distributing the data to a plurality of the digital devices. CONSTITUTION: RU(Radio frequency Units)(508,510) process data received or transmitted from a terminal device within a base station. A plurality of DU(Digital Units)(502,504) is connected to the RU. The plurality of DU processes the signal of the data. A switch unit(506) switches the RU with the DU according to a predetermined control signal. A handover server(500) controls the switch unit according to the set condition in order to switch the DU with the RU.
