<p>PURPOSE: A solar cell module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to deposit a light absorption layer at high temperatures over 700 degrees centigrade by forming a solar cell on a carbon structure. CONSTITUTION: A back electrode layer(10) is arranged on a back sheet(400). A light absorption layer(20) is arranged on the back electrode layer. A front electrode layer(50) is arranged on the light absorption layer. A cover glass(600) is arranged on the front electrode layer. A back EVA layer(510) is arranged between the back sheet and the back electrode layer. A front EVA layer(520) is arranged between the front electrode layer and the cover glass.</p> |
