METHOD OF MANUFACTURING WOOD BOARD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve dimensional stability while having good surface smoothness of a wood board.

SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a wood board mixes thermoplastic resin fiber with wood short fiber and a thermosetting resin to perform heating pressure forming. A fiber length of the wood short fiber is ≤10 mm. A fiber length of the thermoplastic resin fiber is ≤15 mm, and at least a surface part thereof melts at a heating temperature or less.
