<p num="1"><br/><br/> An array of boxes in one or more carts is closely associated with addresses <br/>in a database of a computer. This computer-box association is used to keep <br/>track of the sequence, placement and presentation of each window frame <br/>element to each workstation. This association is maintained until these <br/>frame elements are assembled into rectangular window frames. Then, <br/>individual window frames are tracked into other workstations using bar <br/>code labels. Temporary storage of frame elements between workstations <br/>constitute work banks to each workstation. In another aspect, the lengths <br/>of frame elements are adjusted to compensate for the melt factor of the <br/>specific welding head in which a joint will be made.<br/> |
