The invention relates to a cooling rib system for a cooling passage (2) of a turbine blade (1), having at least one cooling rib (8) which is arranged on the blade inner side (6) of the cooling passage (2) protruding therefrom, such that cooling fluid (18) flowing in the cooling passage (2) flows transversely onto the cooling rib (8), wherein the cooling rib (8) has a downstream rear side (12), which runs profiled towards the blade inner side (3) in such a manner that the cooling fluid flow (18) passes the rear side (12) free of breakaway during operation of the turbine blade (1).
