Casting machine valve

Valve, preferably for mounting in a casting machine, comprises at least two, preferably similar valve flaps (1) comprising at least one flap region (3) and preferably a neck region (2). The valve flap is determined geometrically in the flap region. The valve flap comprises at least one cutting slice (7), preferably in the flap region, which is over- and underlapped in the mounted state with the closed valve of an adjacent valve flap. Independent claims are also included for: (1) a valve system comprising the valve, an adapter and a fastening element, preferably a coupling nut, a clamping- or clip element; (2) the casting machine comprising the a according and/or the valve system; (3) forming the valve system, comprising arranging at least of one valve to an adapter, and fixing the arrangement with the fastening element; (4) adjusting the valve system to a casting mass, comprising dissolving the fastening element, removing the valve, selecting suitable valve flap, and forming the valve system; (5) the construction for forming the valve system, comprising the adapter, the fastening element and many different valve flaps for forming the valve; (6) reconstructing the casting machine, comprising removing the old casting machine valve, attaching the casting machine and/or applying casting machine valve system; and (7) forming and attaching valve system comprising joining the adapter and the fastening element, attaching the assembled valve system using a tool, which interacts with the outer surface of the fastening element and not with the adapter.
