A training device for pleural puncture contains the support, the frame with the ribs, and the limiting plate. Intercostal spaces are covered with imitator of intercostal muscles. The frame is covered with the wires attached to the central rod. The device contains the diaphragm and is wrapped in the synthetic material imitating the superficial fascia and skin. Inside the frame, the synthetic material imitates parietal pleura. The soft elastic container is put on the diaphragm with one end inserted into phrenicocostal sinus with the air balloon locating above.
