PURPOSE: A contactless part inspection device is provided to block unnecessary lights incident into the inspection device, thereby accurately obtaining image information necessary for a target object. CONSTITUTION: A contactless part inspection device comprises a stage unit(10), a lighting unit(20), a camera(30), first and second polarizing filters, a vision processor(40), and a control unit(50). The stage loads the target object and fixes or transferring the target object at an inspection position. The lighting unit includes a lighting module(21) and a first polarizing filter transmitting specific polarized lights emitted from the lighting module. The camera photographs images of the target object. The second polarizing filter transmits incident lights of specific polarized lights. The vision processor reads the images photographed with the camera, thereby determining whether the target object is faulty or not.
