<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image signal processor for suppressing the erroneous determination of the movement detection of an object. <P>SOLUTION: The image signal processor includes: an offset calculation part 3 for referring to a luminance average value extracted by an image information extraction part 2, and for, when a difference between the luminance average value of the image block of a current frame and the luminance average value of the image block of a reference frame positioned at the same spot as the image block of the current frame is equal to or more than a threshold, determining that a luminance change has been generated between the image block of the current frame and the image block of the reference frame, and for calculating an offset value for subtracting the change amount of luminance change due to the change of the brightness of the image data; and a movement detection determination part 4 for determining whether or not a difference between the pixel value of the image block of the current frame and the pixel value of the image bock of the reference frame at the same position as the image block of the current frame is equal to or more than a threshold under the consideration of the offset value, and for, when the difference is equal to or more than the threshold, detecting that an object having movement exists in the image block. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
