<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance amusement in a process up to the announcement of winning in a downgrade lottery, and to enhance the amusement of a game content itself in a game machine having a downgrade lottery function. <P>SOLUTION: In the game machine 10 including a downgrade lottery means (game control device 100), an announcement lottery means (presentation control device 300) executes a lottery as to whether the winning in the downgrade lottery should be announced or not whenever a special symbol variable display game is executed if the downgrade lottery is won by the downgrade lottery means, and an announcement lottery probability setting means (presentation control device 300) sets an announcement winning probability if the lottery is executed by the announcement lottery means.
