摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspended particle substance measuring device and a suspended particle substance measuring method capable of easily measuring a particle size distribution of a suspended particle substance. <P>SOLUTION: The suspended particle substance measuring device includes a discharge needle 3 for causing electric discharging in atmosphere, a first mesh electrode 4 through which a suspended particle substance P included in atmosphere is distributed, a second mesh electrode 5 which is located away from the discharge needle 3 compared with the first mesh electrode 4 and through which the suspended particle substance P is distributed, a QCM sensor 6 which is located away from the discharge needle 3 compared with the second mesh electrode 5 and to which the suspended particle substance P adheres, a voltage generation part 11 for generating potential differences between the discharge needle 3 and the first mesh electrode 4, between the first mesh electrode 4 and the second mesh electrode 5, and between the second mesh electrode 5 and the QCM sensor 6, and a measuring part 12a for measuring a particle size distribution of the suspended particle substance P based on the change of the resonance frequency of the QCM sensor 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
