PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance detection accuracy of positions of fixed members that fix a deassembly object.

SOLUTION: A fixed member detecting unit comprises a fixed member image detector that detects fixed member images predetermined as images of fixed members fixing a deassembly object from picked-up images of the deassembly object; a positional information acquiring unit that calculates positional information indicating the positions of the fixed member images detected by the fixed member image detector; and an arrangement pattern matching confirmation unit that determines, on the basis of an arrangement pattern representing predetermined positional relationships of the plurality of fixed members fixing the deassembly object and the positional information, whether or not the fixed member images detected by the fixed member image detector matches the plurality of fixed members included in the arrangement pattern.
