<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ratchet type belt load tightening machine which facilitates belt length adjustment and lever winding work when a worker performs load fastening work at a position higher than his head. <P>SOLUTION: A belt load tightening machine which comprises a lever provided with a handle lever, a load fastening machine body provided with a winding stop shaft for fixing one end of a belt, a winding shaft to which a handle lever other end of the lever and a winding stop shaft other end of the load fastening machine body are inserted, and is connected with the lever and the load fastening machine body in a relatively turnable manner, a ratchet gear provided to the winding shaft co-rotationally therewith, a winding meshing plate which is provided to the lever, is elastically meshed with the ratchet gear, and is provided with the ratchet gear turnable in one direction, and a reverse rotation preventive plate provided to the load fastening machine body and meshed with the ratchet gear elastically to prevent rotation of the winding shaft in a loosening direction, and the ratchet gear is attached to the winding shaft in a direction to be rotated in the same direction as the lever is turned in a closing direction with respect to the handle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
