<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide aramid core wire which can prevent fraying of an aramid fiber, has high flexural fatigue resistance and is excellent in adhesiveness to rubber. <P>SOLUTION: An aramid core wire is manufactured through: a process to immerse an aramid fiber cord in a first resorcin-formalin-latex liquid which is produced by mixing epoxy cresol novolac resin at a proportion, by solid content mass, of 0.2-0.4 into 1 of resorcin-formalin-latex, and to dry it; a process same as the above process but using a second resorcin-formalin-latex liquid which has the same composition as and a lower solid concentration than the first resorcin-formalin-latex liquid; and a process to immerse the above processed aramid fiber cord in rubber cement, and to dry it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
