<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a tracking speed of a character image to the movement of a picked-up image of an operating member. <P>SOLUTION: The operating member is provided with a position identification member having a prescribed color, and the position of the operating member is recognized by picking up the image thereof. The position recognition processing using the position identification member is the processing simpler than the position recognition processing using two dimensional codes.
