PURPOSE: An under tension system in which an end moment is optimized is provided to reduce a burden depending on the reinforcement of an end by preventing the generation of a shear force and a negative bending moment at a fixed end of a tensile member. CONSTITUTION: An under tension system in which an end moment is optimized comprises an upper chord(200), a compression member, a tensile member(500), a rotating bracket(610), and a supporting member(630). A tensile member fixing unit(510) is formed at an end of the tensile member and is fixed to the rotating bracket. The rotating bracket is connected to the upper chord by a bracket hinge(620) and is connected to a support of the upper chord and a vertical member(100) by the supporting member. A cable or a steel bar can apply to the supporting member.
