PURPOSE: A steel box girder with differential strength is provided to be easily used in the downtown area by reducing vibration caused by live load, and to prevent deformation in a steel box. CONSTITUTION: A lower part of a steel box(10) is supported by two abutments(20) and a pier in between the abutments(30). A deck(40) is installed on the steel box. As to the steel box unit, both upper sides of a lower flange(11) is welded on a lower part of a web plate(12). The upper part of the web plate is welded on the lower part of an upper flange(13), such that a space(14) inside the steel box is integrally formed. A filler injection hole(131) is formed by cutting the upper flange supported to the upper part of the pier. An upper primary channel(15) is welded on the lower part of the filler injection hole, such that fillers(C) are formed and harden. A stud(S) is protruded from the upper part of the flange and buried under a bottom plate. |
