PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mist separation device capable of fully catching mist contained in a vaporized gas.

SOLUTION: The mist separation device includes: a plurality of tubes; a shell for housing the plurality of tubes; an inflow unit disposed in the inner wall of the shell and causing a raw material gas to flow in toward an outer peripheral surface of the plurality of tubes; and an outflow unit disposed in the inner wall of the shell and causing the raw material gas that has flowed in from the inflow unit to flow out to the position separated from the inflow unit in the extending direction of the plurality of tubes.
