PURPOSE: A biomolecular conjugate and a method for preparing the same are provided to detect or isolate a target material. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a multifunctional biomolecular conjugate comprises: a step of coating a first nanoparticle with protein, which has magnetic property or fluorescent property; and a step of adsorbing a second nanoparticle with a metal property to the first nanoparticle. The first nanoparticle is selected from the group consisting of latex, magnetic, silica, a quantum dot, and a metal nanoparticle. The second nanoparticle is selected from the group consisting of gold, silver, copper, platinum, and a quantum dot. The biomolecule is selected from the group consisting of an antibody, an enzyme, DNA, an aptamer, PNA, and a ligand. A biosensor contains the multifunctional biomolecular conjugate.
