<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a resin composition in which the fiber length of the fibrous filler contained in the resin composition is controlled. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the resin composition includes a step of melting/kneading and extruding a resin (A) and the fibrous fillers (B) using an extruder and supplies part of the resin (A) and part of the fibrous filler (B) of which the weight-average fiber length is 1 mm or more from a main feed port 5 of the extruder 10 and the rest of the resin (A) and the rest of the fibrous filler (B) of which the weight-average fiber length is 1 mm or more from a side feed port 7 of the extruder 10 using the extruder 10 provided with a cylinder 2, the main feed port 5 installed on the cylinder 2, and the side feed port 7 installed behind the main feed port 5 of the cylinder 2 in the extrusion direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
