PURPOSE: An image coding method based on cloud computing and a device thereof are provided to generate a frame image with high definition by receiving, decoding, and combining images, which are individually encoded in terminals, in a cloud server. CONSTITUTION: An image receiving unit receives sub-images which are photographed through terminals and are individually encoded(S210). A decoding unit decodes the received sub-images, respectively(S220). An image combination unit implements a high definition image for the whole object by combining the sub-images as a single frame image(S230).
