<p>A backlight module and a liquid crystal display device. The backlight module includes a light guide plate (1), with the light guide plate (1) being provided with a plurality of notches (4) respectively on either side, and the backlight module is provided with a rivet pillar (2) at the notch (4), wherein a cache part (5) is provided between the rivet pillar (2) and the notch (4). Setting cache materials such as silica gel, rubber and so on between the notch (4) and the rivet pillar (2) of the light guide plate (1) can provide effective caching when suffering from impact force, avoiding damage caused by the direct impact between the light guide plate (1) and the rivet pillar (2), and the process is simple, the material is inexpensive, and a low cost can be realized. In addition, the cache part (5) enables the light guide plate (1) and the rivet pillar (2) to keep tight contact all the time, avoiding swinging of the light guide plate (1).</p> |
