PURPOSE: A high speed and precision weigher is provided to improve productivity by preventing a standby time when putting grains. CONSTITUTION: A high speed and precision weigher comprises a weigher body(10), a hopper(20), a buffer hopper(30), and a weigher hopper. The hopper is arranged in the weigher body and is filled with contents to be packed. The buffer hopper is connected to an outlet of the hopper to receive the contents and is arranged in the weigher body. The buffer hopper has the contents supplied from the outlet in reserve. The weigher hopper has a weighing unit to measure the weight of the contents inputted from the buffer hopper.
