<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a graceful and well designed artificial marble that can express natural lattice pattern or flow pattern which has not been seen in the conventional artificial marble. <P>SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the artificial marble with the pattern, when a liquid compound for the artificial marble is cast and molded, the viscosity of the liquid compound in the molding is controlled to the range of 300-800 mPa, the temperature of a lower mold 1 is kept to be higher than that of an upper mold 2 and the difference of the temperature between the upper mold and the lower mold is controlled to the range of 30-50°C to generate a Benard convection and thereby, the lattice pattern, cloud pattern or the flow pattern is expressed on the surface of the product. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
