PURPOSE: A control system of a portable terminal is provided to connect a secondary monitor to the portable terminal, thereby easily charging the portable terminal through the secondary monitor. CONSTITUTION: A power plug(104) is inserted and fixed into a vehicle power supply unit or a home power supply unit to be detachable and supplies power. A secondary monitor(108) is connected to the power plug and a portable terminal(102) at the same time. The secondary monitor uses the power, which is supplied from the power plug, as driving power. The secondary monitor operates the portable terminal by using an LCD display unit(106) with a touch screen. The secondary monitor charges the portable terminal.
