<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved valve of reciprocating compressor that can suppress or at least reduce a surge phenomenon. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a differential pressure valve, which includes: a valve body 111 which has at least one flow inlet 118 and at least one flow outlet 120; at least one shutter 112 which can be moved between an opening position and a closing position by receiving a differential pressure of both ends of the valve; a channel 126 from the flow inlet 118 and to the flow outlet 120; and at least one biasing member 114A, 114B configured to bias the shutter 112 toward the closing position and block the channel passing through the flow inlet 118. The biasing members 114A, 114B are arranged in parallel and one side spring has at least one resonance frequency different from at least one resonance frequency of the other side spring. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
