PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle door operation relay device, a vehicle door operation relay set and a manufacturing method of a slide door, capable of preventing deterioration of an operation feeling of a vehicle outside door handle when a bell-crank and the vehicle door operation relay device are arranged in proximity.

SOLUTION: For a vehicle door operation relay set 80 of the present invention, a fixing base 101 of a remote controller 100 is fixed to an inner panel 90P2 of a slide door 90 in the state that a turning center of a bell-crank 51 and a turning center of a vehicle outside handle connection lever 150 are arranged in parallel, and on an end part of the vehicle outside handle connection lever 150, a connection pin 154 is provided to connect the vehicle outside handle connection lever 150 and the bell-crank 51 by irregular engagement with a pin engaging hole 55 at an output end 53T of the bell-crank 51 in a direction parallel to the turning center of the vehicle outside handle connection lever 150.
