Disclosed is a method for open mining of steep mineral bed. Determined are stable angle of inclination of working side of the pit by overburden rocks and height of given sections of working zone of production ledges. At given angle one works out overburden rocks with steep layers in each of which in sequence with advance of one with respect to another, beginning from worked out space of the pit, a working platform is formed with moving it in the process of strip mining from above to the boundary of bedding of the bed, with simultaneous formation of layers into steps. In each step working platforms are connected to each other at one level in height, with moving those in the process of extraction of opening rocks in direction to the opposite end of pit field with moving those out to the outer dumps. At coming with zone of deepening to designed value of depth of the pit overburden rocks are placed in the worked out space of the pit. Possibility of increase of angle of inclination of working sides by overburden rocks is achieved, with capability of simultaneous laying those in worked-out space, this makes it possible to substantially decrease expenses for mineral production. |
