<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information transmission system and an information transmission method capable of appropriately transmitting information to members having specific attributes, while protecting personal information on members within a group. <P>SOLUTION: An information transmission system 1 connected via a network comprises: a data management server 11 for compulsorily storing and managing personal data of composing members within a specific organization, and giving a personal identification code to each composing member; an information input terminal 12 in which a composing member can input information that he/she wants to transmit; an information output terminal 13 capable of outputting the input information to the composing members; and a main server 14 for mediating information transmission among terminals logged in a community. The main server 14 extracts composing members permitted to receive the information transmission on the basis of input content in the information input terminal 12 and the personal data of the composing members, and transmits the information to the information output terminal 13 in which personal identification codes corresponding to the extracted composing members are input. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
