A stirring component in a toner cartridge comprises: a rotary shaft (17) and a flexible piece (18). A mounting surface (171) for mounting the flexible piece (18) is disposed along the axial direction of the rotary shaft (17). The flexible piece (18) is fixed, through a fixed end thereof, on the mounting surface (171). The flexible piece (18) has a free end opposite to the fixed end. The mounting surface (171) is a twisted surface at least partially twisted along the axial direction.
