PURPOSE: An angle adjusting type fence is provided to use an up-down angle adjusting connection unit and a left-right angle adjusting connection unit, thereby quickly and easily adjusting the angle of a lateral support to a pillar up and down, and left and right according to the slop and the curve of a road surface in a work site. CONSTITUTION: An angle adjusting type fence(1) includes a pillar(10), an up-down angle adjusting connection unit(20), a left-right angle adjusting connection unit(30), and a lateral support(40). The pillar comprises a lower frame(10a) fixed to ground and an upper frame(10b) equipped with a vertical base plate(11). The lower frame and the upper frame are integrated with each other. The up-down angle adjusting connection unit penetrates a slot(13) formed on the upper frame in order to be fastened with the vertical base plate, and then the angle of the up-down angle adjusting connection unit is adjustable up and down. The left-right angle adjusting connection unit is hinged at the up-down angle adjusting connection unit so that the angle of the left-right angle adjusting connection unit is adjustable left and right. The end portion of the lateral support is coupled to the left-right angle adjusting connection unit.
