<p>With the aim of providing tyre production processes which increase the manufacturing quality of the required tyres, a process with the following steps is proposed: a) formation of a completely coherent cylindrical surface with a central support (1) and two cambering heads (2) abutting the central support (1), where the central support (1) covers at least the core clamping segments (8) of the tyre building drum (11), b) laying tyre structure components in the form of webs of material onto the tyre building drum (11), where the tyre structure components are used to build a tyre carcass (6), c) splicing together of the frontal and rear end of the tyre structure components on the tyre building drum (11), where the central support (1) forms, with the abutting cambering heads (2), a coherent cylindrical surface for the ideal splicing together of the webs of material, d) the two cambering heads (2) move apart with the core clamping segments (8) under the tubular tyre carcass (6) in an axial direction (10) of the tyre building drum (11), where the two tyre clamping segments (8) are moved to provide a prescribed core separation (14), e) positioning of the tyre cores (9) coaxially with respect to the tyre carcass (6) wound in the manner of a tube on the tyre building drum (11), f) expansion of the core clamping segments (8), thus clamping the tyre cores (9) to the tyre carcass (6), g) using the two cambering heads (2) to camber the green tyre, where raising of the tyre walls (16) takes place and the tyre walls are raised around the tyre core (9), h) finishing of the green tyre with a conventional production process.</p> |
