PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve productivity by forming an organic light emitting layer of three colors with two mask processes. CONSTITUTION: A pixel electrode(190) includes a first pixel electrode, a second pixel electrode, and a third pixel electrode. The first pixel electrode is formed in a red pixel. The second pixel electrode is formed in a green pixel. The third pixel electrode is formed in a blue pixel. A resonant auxiliary layer(193) is formed on the first pixel electrode. An organic light emitting layer includes a red organic light emitting layer(320R), a green organic light emitting layer(320G), and a blue organic light emitting layer(320B). A common electrode(270) is formed on the organic light emitting layer. A color mixture preventing layer(520) is formed on the common electrode and absorbs the overlap light of an overlap wavelength region in a first light wavelength region and a second light wavelength region.
