PURPOSE: An FMCW proximity sensor is provided to measure distance and speed of a target in a short distance without having any detection blind zone within a short distance. CONSTITUTION: An RF transceiver(200) transmits a FMCW transmission signal through a reception antenna unit(100) and delays a reception signal reflected from a target object of the transmission signal for a predetermined time through the reception antenna unit. A signal processing unit(300) extracts distance and speed of the target object by receiving the transmission signal transmitted from the RF transceiver unit and the delayed reception signal.
