<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To coat an inner surface of a main column of a steel pipe tower in an appropriate and efficient manner. <P>SOLUTION: A device for coating an inner surface of a steel pipe tower includes: a coating machine body 2 that forms an electrostatic field between a main column, and charges an atomized coating material to electrostatically coat an inner surface of the main column with the atomized coating material; a coating material tank 4 that accommodates a predetermined amount of the coating material, and supplies the coating material to the coating machine body 2; and an arm set 7 that extends and contracts to press the inner surface of the main column, and holds the coating machine body 2 on an axial center side in the main column.
