A living organism sensor (100) is provided with: light-emitting elements (121, 122) and a light-receiving element (123) that are disposed on a main surface (160a) of a circuit board (160); a light-blocking part (173) that is provided between a light-emitting element sealing part (171) and a light-receiving element sealing part (172); a substrate (150) that is provided parallel to the circuit board (160) with the light-blocking part (173) therebetween and has a light transmissive property; a bonding layer (180) that bonds the light-emitting element sealing part (171), the light-receiving element sealing part (172) and the light-blocking part (173), and the substrate (150) and has a light transmissive property; and a first electrocardioelectrode (130) mounted on a main surface (150a) of the substrate (150). The refractive index of the substrate (150) is set higher than the refractive index of the bonding layer (180), and a surface (130a) on the substrate (150) side of the first electrocardioelectrode (130) is formed roughly such that stray light passing through the substrate (150) is scattered. |
