PURPOSE: A brush for cleaning food trays is provided to completely remove dirt from a food tray by using inclined brushes for recessed food receiving portions of the food tray. CONSTITUTION: A brush for cleaning food trays comprises a rotary shaft(57), straight brushes(56), and inclined brushes(54). The rotary shaft is formed of a rod with a specific length and rotated by external torque. The straight brushes are radially formed in a direction meeting at the right angle with the rotary shaft and wash the side-dish receiving portions of a food tray. The inclined brushes are formed on the rotary shaft at a specific angle, adjacent to the straight brushes, and rotated together to wash the rice receiving portion of the food tray. |
