<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piercing device for a potable water package bag, where its needle piercing function is stable and thereby very safe. <P>SOLUTION: This piercing adaptor (A) for a potable water package bag (22), a cylindrical, lifting guide (G), a lifting, hollow needle (N) provided therein, a valve (V) to open and close the inner of the needle, and a bottom cap (B) of the needle are all assembled into a unit. The lifting guide attached to the mouth ring (26) of the potable water bag is inserted into the cup (C) on the server body (10) and is lowered so that the bottom cap of the needle is received by the bottom cap receiving core tube (25) of the cup first from the downward and the opening and closing valve turns into the opening condition and thereafter inserted deep and lowered to abut the bottom surface of the cup, which allows the needle rising relatively thereto to pierce the bottom of the potable water bag through the mouth ring. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
