<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inhibiting hash taste of a bamboo shoot that allows to supply the bamboo shoot having less harsh taste. <P>SOLUTION: The increase in the hash taste of the bamboo shoot is inhibited by irradiating the bamboo shoot with light having a wavelength of 550-810 nm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
