<p>A valve for distributing fluids includes a housing, a bobbin disposed within the housing having a bore, a coil disposed on the bobbin wall, and an armature disposed within the bore of the bobbin. The armature includes a point region and a main body that is integral to the point region. The armature moves between a first position and a second position. The solenoid valve further includes a pole piece having a cylindrical bore and a valve body disposed within the cylindrical bore of the pole piece. The solenoid valve also includes a spool disposed within the valve body bore, and a spring member operatively disposed within the spool bore.</p> |
