WATER IONIZER CAPABLE OF REGENERATING NANO-FIBER FILTER AND REGENERATING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A water ionizer capable of regenerating a nanofiber filter and a regenerating method thereof are provided make a nanofiber filter to lose the property of electric charges for regenerating the nanofiber filter through ejection of the materials collected by electric charges, thereby increasing the replacement and repair period and improving the lifetime of the nanofiber filter. CONSTITUTION: A water ionizer capable of regenerating a nanofiber filter comprises a filter part(110) filtering raw water flowing in; an electrolytic bath(130), and a filter regeneration part(160). The filter part consists of a nanofiber filter(120) which is electrically charged. The electrolytic bath electrolyzes the water filtered by the filter part to produce acidic water and alkaline water. The filter regeneration part supplies the water discharged from the electrolytic bath to the nanofiber filter so that the nanofiber filter can be regenerated. In order to control the operation of electrolytic bath and the water flowing from the electrolytic bath to the nanofiber filter, a control unit is additionally included to the water ionizer. The control unit drives the electrolytic bath to operate reversely so as to supply the strong alkaline water or the strong acidic water to the nanofiber filter.
