PURPOSE: A method for composing a user-centered main screen icon and a method thereof are provided to improve use the convenience and accessability of a favorite application by displaying an icon of a main screen as a user-centered 3D UX-UI(User Interface) by considering an application use taste of a user. CONSTITUTION: A generating unit(110) analyzes an application use pattern of a user for a user terminal to generate life style information according to an application use taste of the user. A determining unit(120) determines application rankings according to the number of times using applications installed in the user terminal by using the life style information. A display unit(130) selects the applications based on the application rankings and loads icons corresponding to the applications to display the icons on a main screen of the user terminal.
